How does Coaching work?

Coaching aims to give you the tools and resources to achieve your goals. It's about supporting you to move forward towards your goals quickly and easily. Think about athletes. They are coached regularly not just for their bodies but also their minds. This is to provide them with the right mindset tools so they can achieve their goals. Whether it be a world record or player improvement they need to work on both mind and body to be successful. That's what I will do for you in coaching. You will work with me to see your potential, take specific action towards your goals to gain the results you are seeking. Coaching not only holds you accountable but it is proven to increase your success rate at getting to your goals quickly and easily no matter what your goal is.

Successful people have coaches because coaching works! My aim is to provide you with tools and resources you may not have experienced before. Having you leave our sessions feeling like your goals are achievable because you have a plan and actions on how to achieve them.

What issues do you work on in Coaching?

Coaching works for a lot of issues but what we are really focusing on is where you want to be. What are your goals? What do we need to get you there. I tailor your coaching package to work to achieve your goals. This is a step by step process that will be planned and scheduled at the initial appointment.

What do you do in Coaching?
​
My aim in our coaching is to have you motivated and feeling good about your actions and goals. I like to bring as much fun and lightness as I can to our sessions because I want you engaged. People often say how they have learned a new way of doing from my coaching that has made it so much easier for them to action and gain the results they are wanting. So what do you do? Well it depends on the issues but I focus a lot of our sessions on mindset work, using really cool activities to help you to see how easy it can be, education about how the brain and mind works so you trust the work, heaps and heaps of different tools and resources that you get to implement and keep to use for your next goals. What are the tools? Well again it depends on the goal but we can use anything from tried and tested motivational tools, to resources that help you feel good and balanced, to things like exercise, breath work, tapping. I have completed A LOT of training and self development to share with you some of the best tools and resources. I offer traditional methods from my mental health training and some innovative, very effective and well researched tools that usually wow people.

How much time does Coaching take?
​
The amount of time you spend with me coaching depends on what you are working on. Some people work with me for a month and some for six months depending on your needs. We will have a call to discuss your needs before booking your initial sessions where we will plan how much time you would like to work on your goal. Our work will include scheduled sessions (usually 1 hour after the initial session), calls, emails and text between sessions to keep you well supported.

How much does the Coaching Package cost?
​
How much you invest into your coaching will depend on your goal, the amount of time and tools we use. Please discuss you financial needs within our initial call so I can tailor a program around your requirements. Keep in mind that most people have weekly contact when they coach with me so I ensure you gain value for your investment in the work we do. I also offer some group coaching in our tailored programs that may be appropriate for your needs.
