What age group is the Be Your Best program targeted at?

I have developed the Be Your Best program in two sections so that I can deliver to year 8-10 students and the other to year 10-12 students. They have similar themes but the level is different in the earlier program to ensure it is age appropriate. The older program is made to engage the age group at their level. For example the older workshop talks more in depth about my experience with mental health providing not only a lived experience for students to relate to but also education about supports and how and where to find them. Providing the Be Your Best program at two levels also allows for me to revisit students as they progress in school and keep them motivated and engaged in being the best version of themselves.

How many people can you deliver to?

I have delivered to groups of five people to five hundred. I tailor all my workshops to your group  and ensure there is fun and interaction  no matter how big the group is.

What experience do you have with groups?

Having worked in community development and mental health for many years I have a long history of delivering programs and presentations in schools, businesses and the community. I am passionate about what I do but most of all I am passionate about people succeeding, feeling good and feeling like they can achieve their goals. I bring this passion to my workshops. I am a story teller, here to share with you my experiences and the skills I have learnt from some of our best leaders. I am also very focused on engaging people with activities that will have them leaving the workshop feeling energised.

Do you travel?

YES! I can travel to you. It's one of the things I love about  this work is meeting different  people in new locations.  I can also deliver a great workshop online also.
