Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
RTT combines the best of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming with unique methods for permanent lasting change. RTT rewires the neural pathways of the brain replacing negative behaviours and outdated beliefs with new life affirming positive behaviours.

1. What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is not magic, it’s science! Hypnosis is the induction of a state of consciousness in which a person is highly responsive to suggestion or direction. It is used in therapy, typically to recover suppressed memories or to allow modification of behaviour. In RTT we use hypnosis to relax the conscious mind (your logical thinking) and access your sub conscious mind (your feelings and emotions). Our feelings and emotions drive most of what we do, how we behave. So hypnosis is a powerful technique when used with other psycho-therapy tools in RTT.
It works by simply rolling the eyeballs up high and entering into a state of relaxation through moving into the alpha brain wave first, then the theta brain wave. You experience the same when you are in REM stage in sleep, a very natural state to be in as you do it every night.
It is very easy, very simple and anyone can do it.

2. What does it feel like?
Most people feel super relaxed and at ease during hypnosis. You are not asleep. You are fully aware of what is happening. People report at the end of their session feeling lighter and more relaxed. However you feel in the session, it is important to note that RTT will still work and be successful even if you experience anxiety or stress.

3. Can you make me do things I don't want to do?
Absolutely not! You are in full control in hypnosis and for RTT to work well you need to want the change to happen. I can not make you do anything you don't want to do. For people with addictions you may still be using but want to make changes to your use. RTT is able to support you to change your feeling / mind set about the addiction so you are successful in making the change.

4. Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
No! That’s an old wive’s tale. You have complete control while in hypnosis. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave.
For people doing online sessions if we were to be disconnected you would simply notice your are not hearing my voice and open your eyes coming back to your full awareness straight away.

5. What if I don’t “go deep” enough?
Don’t worry about how deep you go. It really is not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?”. When you are in your session just tell yourself the truth - “this is working” and it will absolutely work. RTT is so effective, it will work for you.
6. What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you will see it in a COMPLETELY new way. Many people experience an 'aha' moment doing RTT which provides great clarity and releases the blocks that are stopping you moving forward. Once you are relaxed you will trust your subconscious mind to show you exactly what you need to see.
For people with past trauma RTT allows you to explore from a distance. You cannot relive the trauma, only review what you need to know to move on. My role is to support you through the process, providing a safe and secure space for you to release and make the changes you want to make.

7. How long does it take?
Everyone's issue is different therefore everyone's package will be different. Packages include preparation of your session/supports, the session, recording, follow up for 21 days which include support and guidance.
I recommend you block out 2 hours in your calendar for your RTT sessions. Each session lasts between 1 to 2 hours so it is always nice to leave plenty of time to complete your session.
Some people will require more than one session to achieve the outcome they desire. I will discuss this prior to booking your session in our discovery call.

8. Cost / Pricing?

It is hard for me to price your package without knowing what it is you would like to achieve. Pricing is based on the preparation time, session and follow up time I allocate to you. Everyone's needs are different therefore pricing is different.
I do provide concessions for people in need and volunteer my time with local community services so please do not hesitate to connect regardless of your financial situation as there may be opportunities available.

9. What is a discovery call?
It is your initial consultation. Honestly it is just a casual chat about what you would like to achieve from RTT, how I can help you and what kind of package I can offer. It takes about 20-30 minutes so I book a time with you so we are both able to chat without distraction. To book a discovery call just complete the contact form below. 10. What is the recording?
At the end of your session I complete a recording which you will need to listen to for 21 days. This is really important as the recording helps to lock in the change and your new suggestions. I email the recording directly to you so you can listen to it on your phone or put it on USB.

11. What if I need or want another session?
RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue but it is unlikely to ever exceed four sessions.
Often people want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviours. That is completely fine. I am always happy to support you further on issues or changes you would like to make.
